Here you will find a stylish variety of air-dried dry sausages in the Swiss and South African style. Because I don't always stubbornly stick to old customs from my original home country (South Africa), sometimes we also combine the Swiss and South African styles of sausage making for a new creation or two. 

Reduced prices apply for resellers who order larger quantities.
