The standard casing for making our beer bites (Drywors or Cabanossi). You get 10 x 9m casings, which can be used all at once for big batches or salted and re-frozen for making smaller batches.
Casings are always frozen and shipped with overnight-express, arriving at your door before 9am the following day (for e.g. sent on Monday night to arrive on Tuesday morning).
