Biltong

Biltong is South African-style air dried meat; some call it "the special Bündnerfleisch." The original recipe was developed when South African pioneers needed to preserve hunted meat for long journeys. Now this traditional, unique product is also made and available in Switzerland!

Biltong available in variants cut (150g) or as sticks/whole (200g)
