About Our Products

The specialties from WILDWURST.ch combine the traditions of Swiss and South African meat craftsmanship. The result is products full of character, high-quality meat specialties, and authentic enjoyment.

For Resellers

Food trucks, market stalls, restaurants, breweries, wine shops, gift shops, and other retail partners are welcome to participate. We offer attractive terms for larger orders. The price list is available upon request via email . We look forward to hearing from you.

Instructions

We are pleased to offer our customers high-quality, locally produced meat specialties. These products are made in collaboration with the Krähenbühl family in La Chaux d’Abel, BE.

Production volumes

Instead of mass production, we focus on smaller production runs and carefully crafted specialties. Larger quantities are also available upon request—for example, for company parties, garden parties, cocktail receptions, or barbecues.

Origin of the Meat

Swiss game from local hunts: The game meat comes from hunting clubs in the cantons of Bern, Basel, Graubünden, Aargau, and Zurich. For more information, see Game meat from Swiss hunting.

Pork and Beef: The pork and beef used in our sausage and biltong products come from Switzerland.

Game from other European countries: We source game meat from non-native game in the neighboring countries of France, Austria, and Germany.

Availability

Most of the products in our assortment are available year-round. Our selection is complemented by seasonal specialties—such as those for the grilling season—as well as new creations introduced on a regular basis.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship exclusively within Switzerland via Swiss Post.

Once payment has been received, we ship orders on Mondays or Tuesdays. Dry goods are shipped as A-Post packages, and frozen products are shipped via overnight express.

Shipping Costs: Overnight express shipping (“Express Mond”) is charged only if the package contains products from the “Grill & Pan” category. For all other orders, the regular A-Mail shipping rates apply.

Cancellation

Unpaid invoices are automatically canceled after two weeks or ten business days.

Quality Guarantee

We are committed to high-quality products and meticulous manufacturing. The warranty does not cover damage caused by customers, resulting from force majeure, or attributable to noncompliance with applicable food regulations.
