With my products, the traditions of the Swiss and South African meat traditions meet. The result is unique specialities of the finest quality, reflecting the irresistible taste of nature.

Production: We are pleased to offer our customers locally produced top quality meat products. Products are produced in collaboration with the Krähenbühl family in La Chaux d'Abel/BE.
Quantities: Instead of mass production, we tend to produce smaller quantities. On request, larger quantities can be delivered; e.g. for company parties, garden parties, an aperitif or a larger barbecue.
Origin of the meat: The wild animals hunted in Switzerland (see JAGDFLEISCH.CH) are sourced fresh from local hunting parties in the cantons of Bern, Basel, Graubünden, Aarau and Zurich. All pork and beef in the sausage and biltong products come from Switzerland.
The game meat from non-domestic hunting comes from Europe near the border, namely France, Austria and Germany.
Availability: Most products sold online are available all year round. We also offer seasonal specialities (like for the braai/grill season) and we are always creating something new.
Shipping and delivery: Orders are delivered by Swiss Post and only within Switzerland.
After prepayment, packages will be sent on Monday or Tuesday: Dry products by A-mail parcel and frozen products by overnight express.
FOR SHIPPING CUSTOMERS ONLY PAY FOR OVERNIGHT EXPRESS "EXPRESS-MOND" IF PRODUCTS FROM THE BRAAI AND FRY COLLECTION ARE IN THE PACKAGE. OTHERWISE NORMAL PRIORITY POSTAGE FEES (A-POST) APPLY.
Cancellations:
Unpaid orders will automatically be cancelled after 2 weeks (10 working days).
Guarantee:
We guarantee high-quality products. Excluded from the guarantee are damages caused by customers, acts of God or disregard for official food and hygiene regulations.
