A glass of Mimosa Pinotage Reserve is a seduction for the palate, sunshine for the soul, and goes perfectly with biltong or game! The wine is raspberry red with violet hues and aromas of plums, black berries, a hint of cedarwood, and lovely vanilla notes.
The palate opens with fruit flavors of blueberries and blackberries, pleasant but present tannins.
The long-lasting finish is delightful and goes well with biltong or a spicy cheese such as Sbrinz. An aperitif platter could also include bruschetta with fine tomatoes or bread spread with herb cream cheese and garnished with chives.
