This is the original wild bacon! To produce this delicacy, only choice cuts of meat are selected from wild boars hunted in Switzerland.
The meat is cured with high quality ingredients, smoked and air-dried. Your final product is carefully portioned and vacuum sealed before shipping.
For the elegant cutting of wafer-thin slices, we recommend our in-house WILDWURST sausage slicer. By the way: The slicer is also a great gift idea.
